[Intended use]
Microalbumin (MAU) detection kit is a semi-quantitative detection of albumin in human urine using colloidal gold immunochromatography and the principle of competitive inhibition.
[Clinical significance]
Albumin in urine is called microalbuminuria albumin concentration between 30 and 300mg/ d or 20 ~ 200mg/L concentration. When it is greater than 300mg/ d or 200mg/L, it is called massive albuminuria. In healthy people, urinary albumin excretion is generally within 30mg/ day (or 20mg/L). Microalbumin (MAU) refers to the albumin content in urine that exceeds the reference range of healthy people. Non-normal amount of albumin exists in urine, and the excretion is more than 30mg/ day (20mg/L). Therefore, the detection of microalbumin in urine has important reference value and clinical significance for the early diagnosis, early treatment and risk reduction of diseases.
[Main components]
MAU detection reagent strips: the reagent strips for each person are made of glass fiber sheets encased with colloidal gold monoclonal antibodies against human albumin and nitric acid cellulose membranes encased with goat anti-mouse IgG and human albumin respectively, and individually wrapped with aluminum foil bags.
Add the sample and suck the pipe.
